I’m determined, proactive, and passionate. Storytelling centres at the heart of this passion.
For me, journalism is about engaging with audiences and providing a platform for those who need a voice.
I thrive in fast-paced environments, and whilst I consider myself a highly independent person, I love working in a team.
Ehara taku toa i te toa takitahi, engari he toa takitini - Success is not the work of one, but the work of many.
From covering strike action to interviewing those whose lives are at risk, I believe the skills I’ve honed will be an asset to any newsroom.
I put my all in everything I do, and I look forward to telling the stories of Aotearoa through a lens of integrity, honesty, and diligence.
