Kia Ora
My name is Victoria Stevens and I'm currently a second year journalism student. Over the last two years here at the New Zealand Broadcasting School, I have learned a lot about myself and where I fit into this industry. My main passions are public relations and communications and I am eager to get into this career path.
Before coming to the Broadcasting School, I took a six month communications media course which was where I truly found my interests in storytelling and everything the media has to offer. So I took a leap and decided to enroll in journalism for 2020.
Through the degree, I have developed my skill set, learning the importance of hard work and how to adapt to difficult situations. I'd love to try new things and continue to be pushed outside of my comfort zone.
