Tim Geldard

Kia Ora, I’m Tim Geldard - a passionate, hard working and resilient screen/television student.

From when I was young, my passion for screen and television has been strong and has only been heightened since studying at the New Zealand Broadcasting School and realising that my interest in sports can align with my passion for broadcasting.

I have gained experience and strengthened my abilities within the Outside Broadcasting and Editing process while also enjoying learning about the many different areas involved in a complete production. During my time at broadcasting school some skills I have learnt include Editing, Sound, Directing, Camera Operating and Outside Broadcasting.

I am always keen to learn new skills and meet new people. I believe with the skills I have learnt and with my passion for broadcasting I will be a great addition to any organisation.

Alice (co-creator)

This is a documentary my classmate (James Mullan) and I did on the local art house cinema and dvd rental shop "Alice Cinema". It was a great experience and I learnt a lot making it.

Music Video - Outside Kids (DOP)

For this music video I used a FX6 to shoot all of our footage. It was a great learning experience and it taught me a lot especially about lighting and using different camera lenses.

Drama - The Wheel Of Fortune (Editor and Sound)

For this short film called "The Wheel Of Fortune" I edited while also doing on set sound. This was a amazing experience that taught me alot about sound and editing in Avid. I also then in the editing …
