My two years in the screen and television production course at New Zealand Broadcasting School have given me insight into the inner workings of broadcasting, and expanded my interests beyond just cinema.

As an individual committed to delivering high-quality results, I have taken a lead in both creative storytelling and project management over the course of my studies. Producing and writing are among my main interests, and a recent highlight for me has been working on ‘Metro News’ as a multi-camera director. This project, and observing outside broadcasts have solidified my passion for this particular role.

Find some of the projects I've worked on during my studies here:

Metro News (Director)

I worked on Metro News as a multi-camera director, here are the three recorded-live shows that I directed. I'm proud of how my directorial skills improved throughout the technical rehearsals and live …

Short Film: She (Writer & Producer)

A short film I produced as part of my final project at the New Zealand Broadcasting School. My goal for this project was to empower our female directors and facilitate authentic stories about women.

Kids Show: Daisy the Dog (Writer & Director)

This project was my first real taste of studio directing. I enjoyed experimenting with this new style of interactive kid's show writing, and it made me interested in more studio-based projects.

Documentary: Croquet (Co-Creator)

This is a documentary I made in my first year, alongside a group of 5 other students. We worked with Cashmere Croquet Club to encourage younger people to play croquet.
