Kia Ora,

Over the past two years I have spent at Broadcasting School, I have developed many skills in editing and film making, as well as a passion for creating stories and making ideas come to life. 

One of my most significant roles, this year was being the head editor for Metro News. I discovered I had a big passion for editing news stories and working with other journalism students, and I hope to pursue this passion even more in the future.

I am a hard working individual that is passionate about whatever task is at hand, and am able to manage my time and work effectively. I have experience in editing, camera operation, directing, script writing, and art/set production, I believe understanding all aspects of media production, no matter your specialty is important in creating the best possible outcome for whatever project is at hand. I work mainly using Avid Media Composer, however, I am familiar and comfortable with Adobe software such as Premiere Pro and Audition. 

I am a productive and positive member of any team I am excited and ready to further my skills and knowledge in the film and TV industry, particularly in post production and editing. 

I currently have my restricted license and will be able to get my full at the end of the year.
