Kia Ora,

My name is Jack Haldane, and I am a second-year film and television production student at the New Zealand Broadcasting School.

While I started my studies with strong technical interests, as I progressed, and now with several projects behind me, I have found a passion in production management and  pre-production processes.   So, when working with a team, I’ve gravitated to roles with strong project management and logistics elements.

I am now thinking beyond this year, and looking for an internship within the industry.  I’d like to be challenged, have the opportunity to learn new skills, and do work to be proud of. 

I have a strong work ethic, and pride myself on professionalism.  My other strengths include time management (with plenty on in and out of school), and process improvement - in fact I’m always thinking “how can I make this better?”.  I also really enjoy working with people, and am comfortable with leadership responsibilities.  Equally, I have plenty of initiative and can happily work autonomously.
