Kia Ora!

I'm Harper Rahurahu and I am a second-year TV and screen student here at the New Zealand Broadcasting School moving onto placement in 2023.

Throughout my time at NZBS I have pushed myself to excel and try everything to make the most of the opportunities I have been given here. I aim to always have a friendly smile and keep a can-do attitude on and off set learning any new skills that I can absorb. I have already had some prior experience in industry working from roles such as Camera Operator, Scoreboard Operator and Production Runner.

I have learned over time that I have a passion for all aspects of this industry from swinging boom through to working behind/beside a camera. As mentioned before I love to learn anything and everything in this industry and aim to be an effective positive member of your team. I believe that in any environment I will try my hardest and learn as much as I can along the way!
