Bung The Bore spokeswoman Jen Branje said the Government was more interested in supporting Canterbury's dairy industry than protecting the region's water.
Branje said the best option was to stop all water exports.
A Government-funded investigation into water exports will conclude at the beginning of next year. The investigation was started after a series of protests about water issues.
