The Small Town Calling for a Change to its Speed Limit

Sheffield locals are calling for Waka Kotahi to cut the speed limit through town to 50km/h after truck driver Rob McKinley was fatally struck crossing the busy road.

The road currently sits at 70km/h and is often a high pedestrian area, with 1,000 people travelling past the World-famous Sheffield Pie Shop each day.
