Joelle King and Paul Coll are both seeded second and are the highest ranked players in the world to compete in the singles events.

The games are set to kick off on Wednesday in the Gold Coast.

Squash team leader Joelle King said she will do everything she can to bring home the gold.

"Obviously there's been some talk about three golds for me, and that's something I had as a goal and I'm going to do everything I can to make that happen - but there's a lot of tough competition in my way."

King and Coll are both seeded number two.

Coll said the teams been training well ahead of the games and is on track to hit their goal.

"Joelle and I have got good seedings and we've been training well the last five days coming into it. We're definitely looking for four medals and hopefully four golds."

England's Nick Matthew and Laura Massaro sit as the top seeds.
