Scribe, the rapper has been denied bail  Raggamuffin Festival New Zealand

Scribe is in custody after being denied bail on charges of drug possession, property damage and domestic violence.

Scribe, whose real name is Malo Ioane Luafutu, was refused bail due to repeated previous breaches of bail conditions. 

The Christchurch-based rapper appeared in the Christchurch District Court on Wednesday.

He is facing charges of methamphetamine possession, willful damage to property and domestic violence.

Scribe reapplied for bail after his hearing.
