Obama kicks off his second day with a round of golf.

Barack Obama has started his second day in the country with another round of golf in Northland.

He tee'd off in Mangawhai at the Tara Iti private golf course with a helicopter just for luggage and golf clubs.

The former President is in New Zealand representing The Obama Foundation, and will start off the day with another round of golf.

He will then meet Jacinda Ardern for a private meeting after a powhiri outside Government House in Auckland.

He is then set to meet with members of Wahine Toa.

Tonight he will talk to an invite-only audience of one thousand people at The Cloud in Auckland.

Obama will fly to Sydney on Friday morning.
