Canterbury Adaptive Coach is making the gym more inclusive, one workout at a time

Eve Mickell is one of Canterburys only PT's making the gym more accessible by adapting workouts for those living with a disability. Her goal: to improve the wellbeing of those she trains.

Eve Mickell is a local personal trainer, or commonly known as an 'adaptive coach' who is passionate about making fitness inclusive for everyone. She's on a mission to create a welcoming environment where people of all abilities can flourish. By breaking down barriers and spreading inclusivity, Eve is making a real impact on the lives of those she trains and was even one of 5 finalists at this years Sports Canterbury awards for the 'Community, diversity and inclusion award.'
