Computer coding stereotypes a thing of the past

Thousands of kids across the country are signing up to after school code clubs, proving digital technologies aren't geeky.

Up to 10,000 Kiwi kids are discovering computer coding with Code Club Aotearoa, an after school program run by volunteers.

Born out of a lack of New Zealanders applying for IT jobs, Code Club is focussed on training a new generation of Year 7 and 8 students.
