Health-promoting social marketing campaign All Right? is encouraging people to choose their bubble carefully as the prospect of another lockdown looms.
The organisation's mental health promotion strategist Ciaran Fox said level 2 allowed people to "brainstorm" what they might need and who they would like to be with when living in a bubble.
"It's about being upfront while we still can, and think what we can do to make it easier for ourselves," he said.
He said people learned a lot about themselves during the lockdown earlier this year, which was positive. "We've done this before."
All right? is a collaboration between the Canterbury District Health Board and the Mental Health Foundation.
