Nici's Anti-inflammatory Green Smoothie Recipe -
3-5 handfuls fresh spinach
1/2 pear
1/4 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1 handful mint leaves
Squeeze of lemon juice
2-4 cups water - depending on desired consistency
Ice
Blend until smooth.
Will keep for 2-3 days.
