Adele dedicated her hit song 'Make You Feel My Love' in Auckland last night to the victims of the terror attack in her home town.

She performed last night to a sell out crowd in Auckland at Mt Smart Stadium.

"It"s very strange not being home, all I want to do today is just be at home, me with my friends and family," she said.

"Everyone's fine, but there are people who are not fine. So let's dedicate this to them tonight and to my hometown."

Adele got rave reviews by fans after last night's first of three sell-out Auckland performances - fans said they were treated to a brilliant performance.

Concert-goer Kate Peterson said Adele was a great stage performer, interacted with the crowd the whole time and was very funny.

She will perform again on Saturday and Sunday night to more sell out crowds of enthusiastic Kiwi fans.
